Kian Veissy
Educated in England, Kian was trained to be aggressively efficient and highly motivated. These traits still govern his work ethic today.
His all-encompassing real estate career was launched in the eighties in the field of property management. He and his partners soon ventured into residential construction and land development. Residential sub-division, office, retail and industrial real estate development, retail, and technology businesses all followed.
It is this base of knowledge that enables Kian to offer his clients the right advice…the right solutions… the right timing – keys to enduring success in today’s dynamic and challenging marketplace.
Kian joined Mike to form SVG a unique business brokerage and consulting group offering a variety of services enabling the client’s success while saving time and expenses.
Mike Saedlo
Mike Saedlo has built a successful career in retail, commercial real estate, and business brokerage. With experience in both corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, he brings practical insight to every client engagement.
He founded Philadelphia Mike’s, a retail chain with 13 locations across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. On the corporate side, he served as East Coast Regional Director of Operations for International House of Pancakes and District Manager at Gino’s restaurants in Philadelphia.
Transitioning into commercial real estate, Mike became an Associate Broker with Sperry Van Ness in Frederick, Maryland, while also contributing as an Instructor at the Professional Development Institute. For over 25 years, he has combined real estate expertise with business brokerage, co-founding SVG and helping clients successfully buy and sell businesses.
